Fashionphile ships almost everywhere, with the exception of countries with strict customs regulations for luxury items. Fashionphile offers free, insured domestic shipping within the continental United States for the sale and return of items. Products purchased outside the continental US, such as in Alaska or Hawaii, must have a minimum value of $1000 to print a free shipping label. Fashionphile offers UPS or FedEX.

• Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days and you will receive an estimated delivery date at checkout
• Orders placed after 12: 00PM (Pacific Time) will be shipped the next business day
• Order changes cannot be made once the tracking number has been released
• All orders require a signature unless you choose to waive the signature for orders under $500

We reviewed the Fashionphile return policy and found that the company accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date. If the item is eligible, it will be considered for the Fashionphile buyback program. To receive a full refund, you must attach the Fashionphile authenticity label and the pink return label.

Returned items must be in the same condition and include all extras, such as the box. If the items are not in the same condition when they are returned, they cannot be returned. Our team is trained to look for wear and tear or damage. Refunds are processed within 2-4 business days.
